What is included in each course?
- Judy’s complete presentation with both audio and on-screen slides -- virtually the same course she presents to thousands of federal employees in agency offices each year.
- Complete course handouts for you to print and keep for future reference. These include a special workbook for you to take notes on, plus numerous charts, forms and other materials.
How does the online course work?
- It's much like watching a video course on television. After you enroll and log in, just play the course. Judy's audio/visual presentation unravels the complicated maze of your federal employee benefits.
- Go at your own pace. Our easy-to-use online course system allows you to review slides and audio as many times as you want.* Just use the simple navigational buttons to move at your own pace, and follow the simple on-screen instructions.
- After class Q&A support: Judy is available to by email to answer your questions about your federal benefits.
What do you need to take a course?
- A personal computer (PC) or Macintosh with monitor, sound card and speakers and/or headset
- Internet access (minimum 56k dial-up; braodband cable/DSL highly recommended)
- Browsers:
PC: Internet Explorer 5.5+, Mozilla Firefox 1+, or Netscape 7.2+
MAC: OS X using either Internet Explorer 5.22+, Mozilla Firefox 1+, or Netscape 7.2+
- A major credit (VISA or MasterCard) to pay for enrollment
- A printer is suggested to create hard copies of the handouts for your own use
